Bowdoinham Community School Rummage Sale 21sh Annual Giant Rummage Sale to benefit the Bowdoinham (Maine) Community School. Fri, April 28, 20 This is our 21st year!

Every year, volunteers raise money to benefit the Bowdoinham Community School to fund visits by authors and artists, field trips and any "extras" not covered by the budget. We accept clean, usable donations prior to the sale. We also accept donations at the Bowdoinham Town Hall during the week prior to the sale. Friday night, we offer an Early Bird Sale from 5pm to 7pm for a $5 donation. Saturday, the sale is from 9 to 1pm(free admission).

The Little Free Library at the Community School has been restocked with leftover children's books from the Rummage Sale.

Are you coming into town tomorrow for the big sale? Why not make a day of it? There is lots to do in The 'Ham! May we suggest (check comments for links):

2) Merrymeeting Arts Center, 9 Main St, along the river; gallery and exhibit open 9am - 1pm, open pottery studio 9am - 11am
3) Cathance River Gallery, 18 Main St, 9am - 4pm, pop in to see if any artists and craftsmen are in the gallery painting or creating, so fun to watch them work, they love answering questions about their creations
4) Acker's Acres Disc Golf, 180 Dingley Rd, 8am - 7pm, learn a new family activity or play a round of a favorite sport
5) Enterprise Farm and Greenhouses, 819 White Rd, gorgeous plants and healthy seedlings ready for sale
6) Farmcart04008, upper Main St, East of Eden Flower farm - flowers and produce
7) Stonecipher Farm farm stand, 1186 River Rd, 9am - 6pm, fresh produce, eggs
8) Six River Farm farm stand, 52 Center Point Rd, 9am - 3pm - fresh produce, more

Rummage Sale is Saturday, April 29 from 9am-1pm, Bowdoinham Town Hall, 11 School St, just off Main St. 3 minutes off I-95, 10 minutes from Brunswick, 30 minutes from Augusta, Portland, Lewiston.

Good night, Town Hall!

We will see all of our "early birds" tomorrow from 5pm-7pm. $5 entrance donation is dedicated to the Halsey family of BHM.

Please keep in mind a few things:

Plan ahead! Parking can be tricky, carpool if you can.

We are cash only. There is an ATM down the street.

Please be kind to our volunteers! There will be only a handful of us, so please be patient and kind, we are trying our best!

When you are ready for dinner, we HIGHLY recommend Three Robbers Pub or for some yummy pizza The Bowdoinham Country Store !

Last but not least, GET READY FOR SOME AMAZING DEALS!
