Dear Bourne Public Schools Families,

Bourne Public Schools is conducting a community needs assessment as part of our Preschool Itinerant Initiative to better understand the early childhood needs of families in our community.

Your feedback is important and will help us identify strengths, needs, and opportunities to improve access to preschool services and supports for young children and their families.

The survey should take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete, and all responses will remain confidential. After completing the survey, you will be entered to win one of four $50.00 gift cards.
