I’ve been quite more than usual.

I’ve needed to reflect on life in general.

Social Work Month always brings me back to my why. Why I chose this field back in 2008. Why I switched my degree from nursing to social work. I wanted to help others succeed emotionally. The more I grow and evolve it makes so much sense how our unresolved emotions cause so many more issues.

Some days it takes one step at a time. 💙

Also, not all who wander are lost. Sometimes you have to wander and be. 🪴

Some more card pulls tonight.

I have felt the pull to go inward since September 2024. I have just felt a cocoon wrapped around me even more so lately. I dont know if anyone else is experiencing this but it’s ok and a natural form of self preservation.

Sometimes we need to be alone to find things and to heal. Especially if we help others in any capacity.

So this is your reminder that it’s ok to rest, it’s ok to say no, it’s ok to just be. 💚
