The seed of happiness you hold deep inside.
Its planted in the fertile soil of your heart and soul.
Yet the seed planted in your heart will not geminate without the watering of your thoughts.
Choose your thoughts wisely, focusing on gratitude, hope and faith.
With this, happiness will burst forth to spread its foliage and blossoms with joyous color and fragrance in your life.
Its energy of joy will light the path for others to water their own seed with gratitude.
And one by one the garden of the world is created.

What message is it sharing with you? Write this message down and refer to it several times this week. It will bring to you wisdom in your life. You deserve to capture your thoughts, imagination, and stories. It may be just for you, shared with family, friends or the world. There is great power and healing in searching, pondering and capturing your thoughts and putting them to paper (digital or real paper). Taking time to write provides you the opportunity to slow the chatter of the many conversations in your thoughts and focus them to a specific direction. This brings greater calm and peace to the journey of life.
