October 26 - November 5 for grades K-6th
Practices are on October 26, 28, November 2 and 4
Grades K-2nd: 5:00 - 6:00 pm
Grades 3rd-6th: 6:00-7:00 pm

Viewmont Wrestling 2026-27 Season is about to start!

There will be a mandatory parent meeting on Monday, October 20th @ 7:00 pm in the VHS Media Center.
After, on October 21st there will be a wrestler meeting at 2:20 pm in the wrestling room. They will be talking about hydration and weigh-ins.
Practice starts November 9th at 4:45 pm in the wrestling room.

Costs:
$106 school participation fees
$149 bus fees
$220 gear, equipment, and other fees
$475 total. We will make it possible for anyone to be on the team. Please talk to Coach Gibbs about any financial concerns.

Our Unified soccer team participated in the qualifying rounds yesterday at the Zions Bank Training Center. We are grateful to our sponsors for providing shirts and uniforms for our athletes.

Viewmont joined in participating in the governor’s requested Read-A-Thon! We had classes across the school take the last 10–15 minutes of each period to read. From science textbooks to Poe or just free reading, it was a great way to get brains working! 📖🐦‍⬛🧪

Viewmont High School presents Mini Cheer 2026
Wednesday, September 30 practice 4-5pm
Thursday, October 1 practice 4-5 pm
Friday, October 2 game starts at 7pm

There will be 2 practices with the VHS Cheerleaders and then they will cheer on the sidelines for the 2nd quarter of the VHS Football game on October 2nd, and have a performance at halftime.
Cost: $40 each and includes a mini cheer t-shirt

VHS is hosting our annual Say Boo to the Flu Clinic on September 14th from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm in the VHS Commons during Parent-Teacher Conferences.

Bring your families and get your annual flu shots! Most insurance accepted with no copay. Reduced and no-cost flu vaccines will be available to individuals and families who are uninsured and unable to pay.

Viewmont Swimming Parent Meeting – September 8

Parents and guardians of Viewmont swimmers are invited to our Viewmont Swimming Parent Meeting on Tuesday, September 8, from 6:00–7:00 PM in the Viewmont High School Library.

Come learn everything you need to know for a successful swim season, including the season overview, practice schedules and expectations, team culture and communication, apparel and fundraising, upcoming meets, and other important dates.

Whether your swimmer is new to the team or returning for another season, this meeting is a great opportunity to meet the coaching staff, ask questions, and get prepared for the year ahead.
