Crystal, GM of Kondition ⭐️

Crystal first fell in love with Kondition because of the variety of classes and the incredibly warm, welcoming community. From her first visit, the space felt special, beautiful, energizing, and somewhere she instantly wanted to spend more time.

Now, as General Manager, it’s the people who make it all so meaningful. She’s built genuine relationships with both staff and clients, and helped create unforgettable moments along the way. A highlight is the Kondition Italy trip!

Kondition is Crystal’s happiest place, a space to dance, laugh, and move through life with a community that always shows up and lifts each other up.

Her hope is simple, that every person who walks through the doors feels that same sense of connection, to themselves and to each other.

What sets Kondition apart is the energy in the room, passionate, top tier instructors who bring creativity and intention to every class, making even the fullest rooms feel personal. ✨

Welcome to our new series ⭐️Meet the Team⭐️ where we share the people and stories behind Kondition. What a better way to kick it off than introducing our studio owner, Tiffany!

Tiffany first found Kondition as a client. After years of juggling different studios, she fell in love with having everything in one place - cycle, strength, barre, mat Pilates, yoga, dance AND a community that felt welcoming, supportive, and approachable.

When she found out the studio was going to close, she stepped in. She couldn’t imagine losing the space or the people in it.

Now, Kondition is more than a studio to her. It’s where she’s found purpose and where she gets to watch this community show up for each other every day.

Her goal is simple: that when you walk through the doors, you feel seen, welcomed, and that you leave feeling a little more like yourself. ✨
