Having spent several days with in Barcelona during our year long Holistic Visionary training, I'm delighted to see that it was a good idea to recommend to the and now, we're all connected through this timely and important conversation! Way beyond "Woowoo". 😂 The Renaissance ideals you advocate are due for a revival in the midst of our accelerating, chaotic Metacrisis.
This wide ranging exploration of "what is needed now", it becomes clear that specialization and separation is not adequate. It is time to engender the emergence of more adaptive-generalist-comprehensivists**, capable of multi-disciplinary insights, deeply grounded in 4th and 5th dimension creativity!

I've come to believe that personal transformation arises from compassionate presence with direct experience of "what is" unclouded by ideological biases! So glad this conversation reveals (for me at least) the importance of authentic/experiential Liberal Arts Education. Your conversation with Aaron brought to mind the critical importance of the six great ideas passed down to us from the Greeks. I discovered these at an Aspen Institute executive seminar a few decades ago! "Love, Beauty, Goodness (ideas we judge by) AND Liberty Justice, & Equity (ideas we act upon). Of course, these principles of Western "civilization" need to be enhanced and broadened by Eastern traditions, the Global South and the primordial / spiritual wisdom of indigenous cultures world wide.
Imagine our world if we could pay people to dream of what is possible under the constraints of an urgent time/budget!! Or, better yet, with the spaciousness of timelessness - if the urgency of now, affords that luxury.
