Dear Ones,

Just enjoy and allow yourself to have a beautiful meditation. So in the morning when you wake up just sit for a little bit and say, “Divine thank you for this beautiful restful night I had”. Know that the Divine is always with you. So when you go to bed at night just say, “Dear Divine I love you and care about you” and know that the Divine is always surrounding you with golden light.

When you go to sleep just say, “Thank you Divine for the beautiful day I have had” or you say, “please can you help me go to sleep and rest” and tell the Divine you love them and you can just say, “please give me a message of joy, love and happiness from the Divine to all of you”. We love you. So take your time in the evening and meditate and tell the Divine you love them and then ask them if they have any information for you. So just close your eyes and meditate and you can receive a meditation from the Divine.
