Wonderful story about our Leeds students involved in the community!

PHOTO: Lisa Mueller ('13 accounting) with guest speaker Corey Finney ('12 finance) of SnowGate present to students at Summit Charter Middle School in Boulder. With the guidance of Associate Professor Alan Jagolinzer, a group of Leeds students planned and provided 50-minute lessons to the middle school at least twice weekly throughout the spring semester on everything from budgeting to debt, investment returns, market volatility and credit cards.

“This ranking illustrates that our faculty are engaged in scientific research and studies that are being paid attention to,” said CU-Boulder Vice Chancellor for Research Stein Sture. “This demonstrates the impact of the research taking place at CU-Boulder.”

The University of Colorado Boulder has been ranked No. 14 in the world on the scholarly impact of its journal publications, according to an analysis by the Centre for Science and Technology Studies at Leiden University in the Netherlands.
