🥋Flashback Friday🥋 Three years ago, this was some of our crew on the mats—and looking at these faces brings back a lot of memories. Some of these students are still with us today, just a few ranks (and a few inches!) higher, while others have moved away from Boulder or simply moved on from Judo.
And that’s life. ❤️ Sometimes we love something for a season, and sometimes it catches fire and becomes a part of us for life. You never really know which path someone will take—or when someone who moved on might find their way back to the club.
No matter how long they’re here, we’re grateful for every person who has been part of the Front Range Judo family. 🥋❤️

Getting kids into a consistent routine is one of the many benefits of Judo. Our junior classes combine discipline, physical fitness, focus, and fun to help kids build healthy habits that extend beyond the mat.

In Judo, we don’t just practice techniques—we drill them until they become second nature. Here’s an example of a gripping sequence flowing into groundwork and finishing with a rolling bow-and-arrow choke.
