Discovering French Literature: Why the Theatre of the Absurd Still Matters

More than seventy years after its emergence, the Theatre of the Absurd continues to influence writers, filmmakers, and artists around the world.

Its themes remain surprisingly relevant:
• The challenges of communication
• Feelings of isolation
• The search for meaning
• The unpredictability of modern life

What once seemed shocking or unconventional has become part of contemporary theatre and storytelling.
