Great news from One World Training!

We are proud to announce that Dr. Dieter Bruhn, President of One World Training, has had his Pre-Convention Workshop accepted for presentation at the VietTESOL International Convention 2026 (VIC 2026).

His workshop, "Teaching Students to Think in the Age of AI: From Quick Answers to Deep Learning," was selected through VIC 2026's rigorous peer-review process, which involved multiple expert reviewers and final evaluation by the convention's Strand Directors.

As artificial intelligence continues to transform education, this workshop will explore practical strategies for helping students move beyond simply generating answers with AI toward developing critical thinking, reflection, and deeper learning skills.

We are honored to contribute to one of Vietnam's premier international ELT conferences and look forward to engaging with educators from across the region.

Developing talent extends beyond the classroom and the boardroom.

Last weekend, One World Training leaders Tan Le (Grace) and Dieter Bruhn had the privilege of serving as judges for one of the casting sessions for the upcoming Vietnamese film Người Tử Tế (The Kindhearted Person).

Whether in education, business, or the creative arts, we believe in recognizing potential, encouraging excellence, and supporting individuals as they pursue their goals. It was an inspiring experience meeting so many talented aspiring actors, and we thank the production team for the opportunity to be part of this exciting project.

Creativity has the power to inspire, connect, and transform learning.

One World Training was honored to facilitate a workshop on Creative Writing and Storytelling at the American Center in Hanoi, where more than 100 educators and students explored practical strategies for developing creativity, confidence, and authentic self-expression.

From crafting original stories to sharing heartfelt poetry, participants demonstrated that when people are given the opportunity to create, they discover the power of their own voices.

This week, One World Training leaders Dieter Bruhn and Tan Le (Grace) facilitated a two-day workshop on Negotiation and Conflict Management in Ho Chi Minh City. Participants explored conflict management strategies, stakeholder interests, win-win solutions, and practical negotiation techniques through a series of interactive activities and simulations.
