The Phillips ECC will serve as the new home of the Boulder JCC Preschool, parenting programs, specialty classes for ages 0-5, and Preschool Summer Camp.
The Jay and Rose Phillips Early Childhood Center’s mission is to deliver an early childhood educational program that meets the needs of each child and promotes continuous growth in the social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and creative areas of development. As a Jewish school, we approach all of our work through Jewish values, lenses, and culture which follow the JCC Association's Sheva Early Learning Framework.
