We all have favorite people, places, foods, teachers and of course favorite yoga studios! ✨
This is by far the most beautiful yoga studio in a city, that I have ever taught in during my 20+ years of guest teaching around the world.
If you live in the Nothern suburbs of Athens don’t miss this gem of a studio nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Politia, surrounded by a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, offering yoga classes, therapy rooms, group seminars, cooking retreats and so much more.
Come for an hour or come for the day..... you may even catch me here on one of my frequent visits either taking class by my treasured friend Lia or even occasionally teaching one 🙏
