EGO DEATH

When a new ability is emerging our egos have to be diminished for the ability to come online.
Why?
If we look at the ego as an operating system and abilities as hardware, then the old operating system needs to be either upgraded or replaced to support the new hardware. Operating systems cannot be “in use“ when being upgraded or replaced. They must be shutdown, or else they will try to manage the system with inadequate capacity.

So the next time it feels like you're going through an ego death, look for the new ability that's trying to come online and give it wide berth by allowing your ego to take a hit so that it can upgraded and rebooted to have the capacity to manage this new ability,

AM I REALLY CREATING MY OWN REALITY?

DR. BRAD NELSON in his book The Emotion Code says something quite interesting in the third chapter. He says that matter is intelligent. In fact, every atom in the Universe is intelligent. What he means by this is that every atom has the ability to respond to intention. In other words, every atom is ready and willing to respond to our wishes. What these atoms need from us is
1. the recognition that this is possible
2. the confidence that we deserve what we intend
3. the willing to work through our unconscious beliefs that are contrary to our intentions

DOES ANYONE HAVE SOME INSIGHT?
In these times, I`m experiencing great extremes: arrogance and dejection, mastery and humility. This polarity creates a transparent porousness that feels groundless. I find myself wondering how to stand and function in this seeming lack of foundation. What I come up with is to take one step at a time, change hats frequently but also try wearing the different hats at the same time. insights anyone?
