Congratulations to Associate Professor Alena Grabowski who was named a CU Boulder Sesquicentennial Faculty Scholar. This distinction recognizes Dr. Grabowski's exceptional research and the meaningful impact of her scholarship.

Congratulations to Sam Ruzzene, a member of the DeSouza Lab, on winning a 2025 Astronaut Award.
It is a highly competitive and arduous process, not only the internal selection to be nominated by CU but nationally for selection. Sam was recognized by the University in November.

Learn about the undergraduate sports medicine and nutrition internships with University of Colorado athletics and the Recreational Injury Care Center beginning Fall 2026-Spring 2027. Opportunity to observe and gain practical experience in sports injury management, evaluation, and rehabilitation with sports medicine. With Nutrition, opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fueling station operations & be exposed to meal planning, hydration strategies, supplement education, and more!
