There is a complex truth that lies within your body—one that health and science understands only a tiny fraction of.
Within you is the beauty of trillions of cells committed to your existence, organ systems operating to sustain your life on Earth. Your heart is a vortex mixing the ethers within the air you breathe, into the blood moving through your veins. Like water flowing down a river, you are a remarkable manifestation of nature itself.
Your body speaks as a symphony of rhythms, connecting you with the pulse of the universe and the womb of the Earth. The heartbeat within you is a song that has existed since the origin of the human race—everlasting and hypnotizing in nature. Can you feel it?
Many affairs have led us to sterilize our own nature. Whether through antibiotics or the loss of bacteria within the gut, our bodies and the Earth are faced with barren landscapes. These processes directly affect every organ system, including the heart.
Coupled with the sterilization of nature has been the rejection of emotion, of feeling the world within and around us as we are intended to. The subsequent numbness of the emotional body leads us astray from the map of our heart—the precise gateway that reminds us of our humanity.
Our current situation on Earth leaves many without hope and with an overwhelm of buried emotions in order to survive. This is one of the most disruptive toxicities to our biology, yet there is a gateway beating in our chest and the medicine of nature under our feet.
To move feelings through the body is a biological reset which keeps energy flowing rather than stagnant. When we allow this process to occur, we provide the opportunity for an intensely regenerative state.
The depth which the heart of humanity is experiencing at this current moment is a threshold into unconditional love, and unconditional love reminds us that this feeling is worth it. It is not the opponent; it is the antidote.
May we return to the heart of our nature with the compassionate hand of the Earth to guide us.
