It is this incredible humans BIRTHDAY, Jay Kraemer!! I wanted to honor him, for the countless times he has showed for me: playing music, cooking for events, making sure I always have food on a work day and honestly making sure I am safe even when I don’t pay too much attention all of the time:), or how to find joy, laughter and love in moments it is sometimes challenging to, the immeasurable times he has showed up for me that no-one else has, which makes him one of the great teachers that has helped me heal my relationship with the masculine, the path to peace and forgiveness is his love language , even though the messiness to get there sometimes feels like an uphill battle, you work through it, he has taught me to have hard conversations even when I would rather run to the woods :) He is such a talented human, as a musician, an acupuncturist, a healer, an eternal student of life, an incredible cook, a supporter of Earth Ways, and an overall incredible human that deserves a huge “We are SOOO happy you exist!! “ He is off of social media but i will share your messages !!! (We take a lot of selfies it seems ..lol💕🌈🙏🏻

A very brilliant Winter Solstice to all, I hope this time helps you find resolve and peace in your last year of travels in your life and you can recharge for what is to come ❄️🙏🏻❄️❤️

When I pause for , yesterday and today it is for my private practices , tonight and tomorrow, I support others in their processes , and tomorrow evening I spend in circle ⭕️ in prayer for others through Mother Earth as a request for support and a little extra energy for those that ask they would appreciate a prayer or request for more support through Mother Earth and the Divine for their life. Every year I have my list of requests from students and those I mentor , but this year I thought I might extend it to others if you feel you want to be witnessed and a little extra support . Please put your request in comments or DM me for more privacy . And if this inspires you to also take the time to spend in Mother Nature and offer support for others, I hope you do too, this is universal , it’s one of the great gifts to Ofer such an energy, and to not get in the way of other people’s free will and choice but when we feel stuck and hopeless , know there is support , sometimes the growth is there for a reason and sometimes we just need a little extra help ❤️ Much love,
