The National Multicultural Greek Council (NMGC) is an umbrella council for twelve Multicultural Greek Letter Organizations whose purpose is to provide a forum that allows for the free exchange of ideas, programs, and services between its constituent fraternities and sororities; to promote the awareness of multicultural diversity within collegiate institutions, their surrounding communities, and the greater community-at-large; and to support and promote the works of its member organizations.

Delta Xi Nu Multicultural Sorority, Inc. was founded on October 7, 1997 at Texas A&M University by five women who were committed to the furtherance of multiculturalism by promoting diversity and cultural awareness in their local communities and throughout the world. Today, we would like to extend our congratulations as they celebrate 24 years of Sisterhood, Culture, and Education.
