“If you want to awaken all of humanity, then awaken all of yourself. If you want to eliminate the suffering in the world, then eliminate all that is dark and negative in yourself. Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self transformation.”💜

🌱 Stop for a moment—breathe, notice, choose. That little space? That’s where new ideas, clarity, and fresh directions are born.

Have you ever noticed the masks you wear in your relationships? The subtle ways we protect our hearts — by staying agreeable, withholding what we feel, or showing only what we think others want to see? Vulnerability can feel uncomfortable, yet it’s also the path to genuine connection.
If we want to grow, if we want authentic connection, if we want resilient relationships, we have to get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
At the heart of resilient relationships lies resilience within ourselves. It begins in the body — where life’s unfolding meets our capacity to sense, feel, and respond from a grounded, centered place. When we’re anchored there, we can move beyond the familiar stories of frustration, fear, regret, and projection. From that grounded presence, we gain greater perspective, openness, and heart-centered connection. We meet the moment fully — aware of what’s here now — and discover our truest options for moving forward.

This is what Resilience looks like! Robert bellows from looks a whole lot lighter after the Cultivating Resilience workshop ! And me too! 😄✨
Did you know that your body reacts before your mind even catches up? Before you consciously identify stress, frustration, or overwhelm, your body has already taken a shape. And that means the most direct way to shift how you feel isn’t by overthinking—it’s by tuning into your body.
In this workshop, we explored what happens when we lose resilience (without getting stuck in the mental story of why), and more importantly, how to come back to a more grounded, centered, and steady state.
Because resilience isn’t just about pushing through—it’s about reconnecting with the part of you that already knows how to find clarity, trust, balance, and ease.
Resilience is your True Nature.
Grateful for everyone who showed up with curiosity, and for Robert, who’s clearly feeling the shift! 😄

Why Embodiment Matters in Leadership -
Many leaders I work with are smart, strategic, and successful—but still feel like they are missing something.
“I have all the skills, but I often feel stuck in my head.. I second-guess myself, and by the end of the day, I’m drained, even though I’ve accomplished so much.” - Is a common complaint.
When leadership is only about the intellect, it’s easy to get caught in overthinking and emotional exhaustion.
Through our work together, leaders start to:
💡 Trust their intuition and make decisions with confidence.
💡 Show up fully in every conversation, grounded and present.
💡 Release stress instead of carrying it through the day, leaving them more aligned and energized.
💡 Create deeper, more authentic connections—leading with both strength and heart.
The most impactful leadership comes not just from thinking but from embodying your true self.
If this resonates with you and you’re ready to lead with more presence, ease, and flow, let’s connect.

Our bodies are constantly communicating with us—subtly and not so subtly. When I tune in, I can sense how clear and grounded I am… or how caught up I might be in a story.
Centering yourself unlocks clarity and connection.
I know I’m in a story when I feel the urge to be right—when my judgments start projecting onto others. And honestly? It feels icky.
I can tell because my body gives me signals:
- I speed up.
- My voice becomes sharp and higher-pitched.
- I lean in too much.
- My stomach tightens.
But here’s the powerful part—when I notice this happening, I remember that I can pause.
The solution is never about reworking my intellectual argument. The real shift happens when I return to my center.
As my longtime teacher, Wendy Palmer, often said:
“It is better to be centered than to be right.”
When I’m centered, everything changes.
- I have more capacity to see the big picture.
- I can be curious about my own behaviors and those of others.
- I ask myself: How am I showing up in a way that isn’t serving the intention of this conversation?
From center, I feel connected. I remember we are in this together, exploring what’s possible. My ego takes a back seat. And I stop fixating on what’s wrong—because solutions never come from that place.
Try This:
Next time a conversation isn’t going as you’d hoped, check in with your body:
- Do you feel tension?
- Are you leaning forward? Arms crossed?
- Do you feel open and curious… or defensive and judging?
Now—pause.
- Take a couple of slow, intentional exhales.
- Align your posture so you’re centered—not leaning forward or back.
- Uncross your arms and legs, feel the support of your back, and allow gravity to reconnect you to the earth beneath you.
- Smile—because we’re all human, and we all get caught up. And smiling brings a sense of ease, supporting both our social and autonomic nervous systems. And because we thrive so much more when we’re not caught up!”
My starting place is always: Center.
