Calling all parents and friends looking for a good tutor! I recently did a brief study on challenges that parents in the Boulder, Colorado area faced when trying to hire a good tutor. I looked at 55 posts on Nextdoor.com. Spoiler alert: continuity of service, specializations in advanced math and science classes, ability to relate to children, and ability to work with neurodivergent students all topped the list.
