A little nature-happiness for your Friday! Check out this plant growing out of our playground stump 😍As they say in Jurassic Park (big Dino fans over here) “Life finds a way!”

Sunflower Teaching Team! We had a lovely staff lunch today! 🌻

Fresh air and fresh flowers! 🌷 As a nature-based school, we understand the importance of spending time outdoors, where children can explore, get dirty, and let their creativity shine through uninterrupted play. Most of the activities you do indoors can be enjoyed outside, too! Give it a try at home! 🌻

Life in bloom! The Sunflower Gardens have been showing off recently, gifting us with cherries, apples, lettuce, and kale. The grapes will be ready soon! 🍇

We’ve also been enjoying exploring all the bugs! Some real and some of the popsicle stick variety 😉

Give children a few instruments, some dress-up clothes, and watch their creativity come to life! We have a feeling quite a few chart-topping hits got their start right here. 😉 Just look at those smiles!

An ode to our Catalpa Tree! It’s given us years of beauty, shade, and art projects 💚 This week we decorated the tree itself! Other times we use the leaves for crafting dragonflies, or the pods for magic wands. Nature explorers at their finest 🌻
