Why are relationships and vision so crucial to academic success?

Tutoring is so much more than instruction and intervention (though it is that). At Reading Growth Education, we build tutoring instruction on relationship, connection, and vision. Students who feel connected to their teacher achieve more academic growth than students who do not. Giving students a picture beyond the academic skills they seek to master is imperative to long-term academic success!
