Huge shoutout to my killer client, Erica Remke who broke 200lbs for the first time in 2 years! And it only took her 40 days!

The most admirable trait about Erica is her consistency and unwillingness to budge when she is faced with adversary.

Erica displays amazing perseverance and trust in the process and now is starting to reap the rewards.

The best part is she doesn't have to:
1️⃣Starve herself
2️⃣Do hours of cardio
3️⃣Spend hours in the gym

🏋️‍♂️Staying active and losing fat doesn't require you to take a step into the gym.

🚶You have to remember that every step towards your goals count. We all life a busy and hectic life full of responsibilities and expectations. That doesn't give any of us an excuse not to stay in shape for ourselves and the people we love.

🧑‍💼There are minor changes we can make to our busy day to make a substantial impact on our health. This doesn't require you to spend hours on a treadmill or in a gym.

💯Always remember, every step counts!

If you're lazy like me but want to get in great shape, try this ⬇️⬇️

A few weeks ago I was scratching my brain about how to do cardio when I absolutely hate cardio, That's when I came to the conclusion to "Walk while I watch."

If you're going to watch TV anyways, you might as well use it as an opportunity everyday to get in great shape. Somethings you can try are:
1️⃣ Bringing your mobile device on the treadmill at the gym
2️⃣ Walking and watching in your backyard or around your neighborhood
3️⃣ Set up your treadmill in front of your television.

Give yourself permission to walk and watch everyday. If you can watch 1.5 hours of television while walking, you will be more in shape than 22.9% of Americans.

Life can often feel like a series of never-ending obligations, where our schedules are dictated by the demands of work, family, and society. It's all too easy to fall into the trap of living on autopilot, where we go through the motions of each day without stopping to ask ourselves why we're doing what we're doing.

But taking the time to ask yourself questions can be a powerful tool for realignment. By examining our values, priorities, and goals, we can make intentional choices about how we spend our time and energy. We can identify the areas of our lives that are out of balance and take steps to correct them.

So next time you need a check-in with yourself ask these questions:

✅Are you seeing the results you want from what you are putting in? This can be your job, your relationship, etc
❌Are there any problems with the way you are carrying out your plan?
⭕️Are there any holes in your plan that can cause you to not achieve your results?
🗣Do the things your doing in your day to day align with the bigger picture?

The 'hustle and grind' mentality is so last season. Let's talk about the importance of rest and avoiding burnout. Burnout comes in stages, lets catch it in its tracks before its too late.

The 5 stages of burnout are:

🌙The honeymoon phase: At this stage, individuals are excited about their new job or project, and they may work long hours and neglect self-care in order to prove their dedication and commitment.

🌠The onset of stress: As the workload and demands increase, individuals begin to feel overwhelmed and stressed. They may experience physical symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, and insomnia.

😫Chronic stress: At this stage, individuals may start to feel cynical, detached, and irritable. They may become less productive and have difficulty concentrating.

😔Burnout: In this stage, individuals feel exhausted and emotionally drained. They may feel a sense of helplessness and lose motivation for their work or project.

🤕Habitual burnout: At the final stage, burnout becomes a chronic condition. Individuals may experience a range of physical and mental health problems, such as depression and anxiety, and may have difficulty functioning in their daily lives.
