Mom Magic is now ONLINE 🦋

There are two groups this fall, each tailored to where your daughter is developmentally.

Moms of Girls Ages 9 to 11
October 7 to November 4
Wednesdays , 10:30 to 11:45am MST

Moms of Middle Schoolers
October 14 to November 11
Wednesdays, 12:30 to 1:45pm MST

Five sessions. Real conversation. A community of moms who are navigating the exact same years in completely different places and families. There is something pretty magical about that.

Mom Magic is open to anyone who identifies as a mother and has a child who identifies as she/her.

This is one of the most important windows in the mother-daughter relationship. I would love to have you in the room.

Just like that.

Just like that, we welcome them into the world… exhausted and in awe.
We wipe their tears. Tie their shoes. Teach them how to use a fork. Sit beside them through fevers, heartbreak, friend drama, slammed doors, self-doubt, and all the beautiful chaos of growing up.

And then one day, somehow impossibly fast, they stand in a graduation cap and gown and prepare to launch into whatever is next.

As both a mother and someone who walks alongside parents professionally, I can say this with certainty: parenting is the longest exercise in loving deeply while slowly learning to let go.

There is grief in these milestones. And pride. And wonder.
A thousand ordinary moments that suddenly reveal themselves as sacred.

To my daughter, thank you for making me your mother. Watching you become yourself has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

And to every parent standing at the edge of a graduation season with tears in your eyes… I see you. We grew up too.

When our kids started high school, my husband had one fear he kept coming back to.

Who are they going to find?
Not grades. Not teachers. Not the schedule.

Who will they sit with at lunch. Who will they text at midnight. Who will they become when we are not watching.

The hardest shift for him was learning to give space without disappearing. To trust without checking out. To stay close in a completely different way than before.

High school is often framed as their transition. But if we are honest, it is ours too.

Preparing for High School A virtual workshop for parents of 8th graders:

👨‍👩‍👧 Open to parents of all genders

We will cover what your teen needs emotionally and socially, how your role shifts, how to stay connected while letting go, and how to talk about drugs, alcohol, and sexuality with more confidence and less panic.

You will leave with real tools, more clarity, and the reassurance that you are not doing this alone.

This is the season where many parents start asking:
-Am I doing too much… or not enough?

-How do I stay close without pushing them away?

-What actually matters now?

-What do I need to teach them?

If any part of you is feeling that mix of love, worry, and “I want to get this right,” you’re not alone.

We’ll talk about what really helps connection during these years, what tends to backfire (even when it comes from love), and how to stay anchored as your child steps into a bigger world.
