We’ve loved watching their creativity and teamwork bloom during Namastem’s Camp Elevate! For our Primary students, we had some very special, creepy-crawly guests join us in the classroom this week. A huge thank you to the Butterfly Pavilion for bringing a few of their incredible insects and arachnids for our Primary students to meet up close. The children were completely captivated as they learned all about them, and they were so brave and gentle with their fascinating new friends! 🦋🕷️

Learning never stops around here—it just gets a little wilder and a lot more fun in the summertime!

As our students dive into week two of the summer session, we’re taking a moment to reflect on our big Lower Elementary trip to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

Their adventure was a beautiful reminder of how capable, collaborative, and confident these children can be when they are given the time and space to practice independence. It was the perfect way to wrap up a year of big work and big discoveries. 🌲🗺️

There is nothing quite like the warmth of a community coming together to celebrate its children. Yesterday, we gathered for our Continuation Ceremony to honor the big leaps, quiet growth, and incredible accomplishments of our students— thank you all for joining us and cheering them on. 🌿

From our YCC and Lower El friends moving on up to our Kindergarten and Sixth Grade graduates wrapping up their Primary and Elementary Montessori chapters, we are overflowing with pride. To the families who walk alongside us, the educators who guide with heart, and the students who inspire us daily: thank you for making our school community the beautiful village that it is.

Here’s to the independent thinkers, compassionate leaders, and joyful learners of tomorrow. 🚀

A few of our Lower Elementary students went on a “going out” yesterday! 🌎✨

In Montessori, going out is a student-led experience where children venture into the community to explore, learn, connect, and contribute beyond the classroom walls. Yesterday, that meant delivering donations to the Humane Society and learning more about caring for animals and serving our greater community. 🐾💛

We are so proud of these compassionate students and their desire to give back! 🐶🐱

Yesterday’s Family Day Picnic was such a beautiful celebration of connection, community, and the joy of simply being together. In honor of the United Nations International Day of Families, we were reminded that families in all forms are the heart of a child’s world and the foundation of a strong, compassionate community.

Watching our students laugh, play, share meals, and spend time with the people they love most was incredibly meaningful. Thank you to all of our families for helping create such a warm and joyful afternoon together. We are so grateful for this community and the care, partnership, and love that surrounds our children each day. 💛
