Happy Friday!
We are wrapping up our second week of school, and our hearts are so full! Watching our students and teachers come together in prayer is such a beautiful reminder of what makes our days here so special. We are thankful for another week of learning, growing, making memories, and keeping Jesus at the center of it all. 🙏

Lord, thank You for carrying us through another wonderful week. Thank You for each child, teacher, and family You have placed in our Christian Center family. Continue to guide us, protect us, and help us grow in kindness, wisdom, and faith. May everything we do bring glory to You. Amen.

After a full day of school, sometimes kids just need to MOVE! 🤸‍♀️💃

Our after-school kiddos spend a lot of their day sitting, listening, learning, and following routines, so we love giving them the chance to move their bodies and release some of that built-up energy from the day.

Movement isn’t just fun—it gives those hardworking muscles a chance to stretch and helps kids release tension, reduce stress and anxious feelings, and reset after a busy day. Whether it’s dancing, stretching, tumbling, running, or just being silly together, there’s always a reason to get moving!

At Christian Center, we want our kids to have every opportunity to simply be kids—to move, play, laugh, and recharge!

🧪🎨 Science Day in Preschool!

Our preschoolers became little scientists today with Mrs. Ybarra as they explored color mixing! They observed what happened when yellow and red food coloring were combined, watching firsthand as two primary colors blended together to create a brand-new color—orange! 🟡 + 🔴 = 🟠

Hands-on experiments like this give our kiddos the opportunity to make predictions, observe changes, and discover cause and effect right before their eyes. 🔬✨

After their experiment, they spent time exploring some fun classroom centers and learning through play. Another busy and exciting morning in our preschool program!

Our little Seedlings started their day with full bellies and happy hearts! Snack time is the perfect time to practice independence, good manners, and enjoying time together with their friends. 🥰
