While our year is coming to a close here at Laurel Trinity, we have still kept super busy with fun activities and learning! Last week Fire Chief Revak from station 605, Boswell fire department visited our 3 year old class with the fire truck to talk with them about being a firefighter as well as showed them what firefighters look and sound like in their mask. He discussed how firefighters are always there to help you and that you never want to run from a fire firefighter! Always go to them and they are there to help! Thank you Fire Chief Revak for all you and all firefighters do to keep us safe!

We have two more of our 3 year old kiddos who can now write their names! Way to go Rylee and Finn! Keep up the awesome work! 😉👍

The preschool had a very special visitor come to both of our classes in the last few weeks. State Trooper, Officer Adam Maurer came and talked to both classes about what he does as a state trooper. We talked about the importance of police officers and some of the things he has to do for work. The kids got to see some of his equipment as well as his police cruisers. Many of us got hand cuffed as well as try on his heavy duty vest!
Thank you so much officer Maurer for coming to visit our class as well as what you and your fellow officers do everyday to keep us safe!

While our 4 year old class is in the routine of writing their names at the top of their papers in preparation for Kindergarten next year, our 3 year old class continues to practice writing their letters and numbers on the daily basis.

We wanted to take a moment to highlight 3 of our kiddos in our 3 year old class who have mastered writing their names! Archer, Walker and Emma got blue ribbons today for being able to write their names all by themselves! Great job you 3! Keep up the fantastic work! 🎉🥳👏

Our lenten service project is about halfway through and we have collected a very nice amount of goods that will be donated to the Somerset County Humane Society! We will be delivering it after Easter, the first week of April. 😊

We had lots of messy fun the last 2 days! Both classes got to see a VOLCANO ERUPT! V is for volcano.
