✨ Croft Educator Spotlight: Featuring Ms. Janel✨
“At Croft, teachers are trusted as professionals and encouraged to bring pieces of their own passions, experiences, and creativity into daily lessons, making learning more meaningful and engaging for students. They are given a strong level of autonomy and flexibility to thoughtfully maneuver the schedule when needed, ensuring instruction remains responsive to student needs rather than rigidly fixed. Families are active partners in the school community - eager to volunteer, participate, and support learning. Our feedback is genuinely valued, and the school takes time to reflect on input in order to continuously grow and improve.” - Ms. Janel, Grade 1 Lead Teacher
