What I do as a life coach is essentially assist my clients to becoming more aware of themselves by helping them take inventory of their beliefs.

I have created a road map for my clients towards what I call an "empowered state"---that is when a person finally realizes their mental codes that create their experience of reality and is now in a position to change those codes that are not serving them. My coaching sessions provide the opportunity to ask questions about what one can use as tools that are effective in creating a more conscious living in order to have an experience of reality more aligned with one's desires.
