Hey everyone, get excited for this Wednesday, 11/13/19! From 5-6 pm in the Spin Room of the Holmes Sports Center we will be hosting our first ever Spin class with a professor. Get your heart racing and your muscles burning with this spin session w/ Prof. Lombard!

All are welcome, we just ask for everyone to bring a canned good for entry. We will be donating the collected goods to a local food pantry for the holiday season.

Hi everyone! As the fall semester comes to an end we would like to invite everyone to join the Exercise Science Liaison for a final general body meeting. The meeting will be held tomorrow, December 3rd at 4pm in the Crane Meeting Room (LEF L201), located on the 2nd floor of Lefavour. We will be wrapping up the semester and discussing further plans for events coming up in the spring semester. Hope to see you there!
