These are exciting and challenging times to study economics! We are faced with an array of economic issues facing our domestic and global economy.
The Economics Department offers degrees in Economics or International Economics each designed to prepare students for rewarding careers that require strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skill. These include positions in financial institutions, corporations, government, and international organizations. The degrees also prepare students for rigorous graduate studies to further research in the field of Economics.
