Some years ago I used a "little" Jackson bike video for a coaching point with cycling and sports in general. Well, Jackson's stoke for cycling hasn't changed. Enjoy the video.

Wow! It is possible to have some rowdy fun on a "commuter" bike if you're willing to go through 12 rear wheels. ;)

There have been some requests for more “loud” get-your-sweat-on playlist. Here’s another 90min + long playlist. This list ends with a longer electronic “zone-ish” track and a little Karma booster. ~Enjoy

Another "upbeat" mix, hence the name UP2. Yep, we're keeping it simple right now. A wide variety of songs from a wide variety of years with some fresh stuff from last week thrown in. There's nothing moldy here.

Having finished the Leadville 100 MTB in 2018 and more importantly growing as a human being from the experience and becoming part of a bigger tribe, I'm sad to hear that all 2020 Leadville series races have been canceled.
Yes, I wanted to race a qualifier this year and am bummed.
With that said, I've still been racing hard for myself this season on the dates of canceled races. If I trained for the Boston Marathon, I would have run marathon mileage the day of.
That's what we do as athletes. We keep conditioning ourselves mentally and physically so we're ready for the "COVID curveballs" in life.
So, I'm going to keep riding and racing this season. I don't mind if it's solo or with a group of like-minded athletes physically distanced from each other on the day of a "training race." We'll ride the same course, experience the same weather, and challenge ourselves to give a race-pace effort knowing there are no crowds, no feed zones, no announcer yelling your name as you cross the line.
The beauty is the trophy is still the same. You toed the line, you sought the best in yourself, and you have another experience -- another story from "the days of COVID" you can share with the tribe.
If you're a mountain biker, a gravel rider, a trail runner and want to be a part of some outdoor fun and/or combine forces, please get in touch with me.
Peace and Strength,
Jon Malone

This past Sunday I assembled a bunch of bikes of which 5 were for kids. Some of those bikes were quickly sold and now under the power of a young kid playing with gravity and finding balance.
Do you remember your first bike? That moment when you worked with the bike instead of fighting it and found equilibrium?
That truly is an experience of freedom. Embracing gravity and not against it allowing you to move forward smoothly in life. Unless you choose a mountain bike. That might get a little rowdy and that's not necessarily a bad thing!
"So what'cha want" when it comes to your next ride -- your next experience? Or, what are you building today that creates new opportunities for someone else and brings more joy into their life?
Peace & Strength,
Jon Malone
