5 things we don’t do at Inspire:
1. We don’t expect every child to learn the same way.
We believe: Every child is different, and that’s something to celebrate.
We meet children where they are and give them opportunities to learn, explore and grow at their own pace.
2. We don’t believe learning only happens at a table.
We believe: Learning happens everywhere.
In the classroom, on the playground, during messy sensory play, through a conversation, while building a tower, and in all those little moments in between.
3. We don’t ask children to sit all day.
We believe: Little bodies are meant to move!
Jumping, climbing, dancing, running, wiggling, and exploring are all part of how children learn about themselves and their world.
4. We don’t rush childhood.
We believe: There is value in letting children, wonder, explore, play, and simply be little.
We’re preparing children for what’s next, but we’re also making sure they enjoy where they are right now.
5. We don’t measure childhood by a checklist.
We believe: Progress looks different for every child.
We celebrate the first words, new friendships, messy, masterpieces, brave attempts, big questions, tiny victories, and everything in between.
We don’t define children by what they can’t do yet. We focus on what they can do, and help them discover what comes next.
