We know the ELA MCAS can be stressful, so we focus on boosting student confidence and teaching effective test strategies.

We'll conduct a detailed evaluation of each student's current ELA skills to identify specific needs and learning gaps, provide targeted mastery of critical standards through personalized guidance, and reduce test anxiety by familiarizing students with MCAS questions to build confidence.

Targeted Grades: 3–8
Class Size: One-to-one and medium-sized groups (minimum of 3 students, maximum of 8 students)
Time Commitment (one-to-one): 1.5 hours per day, 4 days (Tuesday-Friday), 6 hours total
Time Commitment (group): 2.5 hours per day, 4 days (Tuesday-Friday), 10 hours total

Let's Keep You and Your Child's Brain Sharp Over the Summer! 🧠

Summer is Awesome 😎, but it can also be a time when kids forget some of the relevant information they learned at school. This is called 📚 summer learning loss, and it can make it harder for kids to do well when they go back to school in the fall. 🍂

But don't worry😱! There are plenty of ways to keep your brain sharp over the summer. Here are a few of my favorites:

✅ Read! 📚 It helps you learn new things, improve your vocabulary, and boost your creativity. Kids can read anything, from comics to novels to magazines.
✅ Get involved in STEM! 🧪 Learn new things and develop critical thinking skills with STEM activities. Kids can do at home, such as making robots, doing science experiments, or coding.
✅ Go on adventures! 🏞 Learn about the world and have fun with adventures. Visit places like museums and zoos, where you and your child can learn about history, science, and animals.
✅ Learn something new! 💡 Find something they're interested and pursue it. Summer classes or workshops is a great place to start!

Of course, it's also important to have fun over the summer! ☀️ If kids are not having fun, they are less likely to be motivated to learn. Make sure kids have plenty of time to relax and do things they enjoy.

Have a blast this summer! And don't forget to learn something new every day. 😉
