Are you a researcher ready to make a real impact in the intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) employment field?

The current IDD employment workforce doesn’t fully reflect or meet the needs of the people it serves — and the Institute for Community Inclusion Advanced Rehabilitation Research Training (ARRT) program is working to change that.

We’re recruiting 2 postdoctoral fellows for a 12-month fellowship that provides advanced, multidisciplinary training in IDD employment research. Fellowships will begin in September 2026.

If your background is in rehabilitation, education, social sciences, public health, public policy, or a related field — and you want your research to help advance representation and impact in the IDD employment field — this opportunity is for you!
