ELECTIONS SEASON IS HERE! Fill out the link in our bio to run for a position (must be logged into the EmConnect).
Our Student Government constituencies are split into three major branches: executive board, senates (academic, financial equity, and student experience) and class councils.
Any Emerson College undergraduate student enrolled in at least 12 credits throughout their term is eligible to run for a position, unless they are in their last semester at the College. In which case they may serve in their role as a part-time student.
The undergraduate student body will be able to vote for the Executive Office and the candidates running to represent the constituencies they are in (i.e., academic programs and graduating class) via EmConnect in April.
Contact the Chief Justice for any questions by emailing [email protected].
Students can appear on the ballot by filling out the election intent form that is linked in the bio via EmConnect. Info sessions to learn more about what SGA does and our open positions will be held next week at the following times.
info session 1: Monday, March 21st at 8pm in Walker 205
info session 2: Friday, March 25th at 4pm on Zoom (link on EmConnect)
info session 3: Tuesday, March 29th at 7pm in Walker 205
Additional information on running in the Student Government Election for Fall 2022 Elections can be found in the elections packet linked in the intent form or at the link in the bio.

The FREE TEXTBOOK LIBRARY is located outside the library entrance on the 3rd floor of the Walker building. The space serves as a place for students to drop off unwanted textbooks and course materials at the end of the semester. Future students in need can take them home for free. It was created by Emerson College Student Union (ECSU) and Iwasaki Library.
Former undergraduate student Sam Kiss reached out to the library with the idea and designed the signage in Fall 2019. There was a pandemic delay, but now we are glad to launch this student led initiative!
