Happy Thanksgiving from Emerson Launch, we are so thankful for our community and we want to wish everyone a blessed day✨

Launch infuses creative and problem solving thinking skills into academia.

Emerson Launch Brings Digital Voice Assistant 'Em' to Campus - Emerson College Today Emerson College now has a digital voice assistant on campus named Em that can tell you about the dining center, play WERS, and more.

All of us at Launch had a great time last week, introducing Em to the Emerson community. Our big reveal was attended by students and faculty, where we demo'ed Em and showed everyone what it can do. We also revealed our two other skills, the Emerson College Newsflash and Emerson College Radio. You can download and enable all 3 skills through the Alexa app and use it on your phone or smart speaker. We hope everyone had a good time at the event and are excited about welcoming our newest friend, Em.

We had a great engaging and successful event on Wednesday evening around the Meteoric rise of Podcast and why it matters. Our guest speaker Brady Sadler, a veteran in the Podcast business shared challenges for the fledgling industry and the ripe opportunity for advertisers to engage with captive and motivated audience. As it is, Podcast is rising in popularity, cannot be ignored, and it is here to stay.

Our last workshop for the Fall semester went off great. Titled 'Launching your side hustle', the workshop was led by Rich DiTieri, Co-Founder of Stack Education, followed by an informal Q & A session with an one of our own Alum, Lea LeBlanc. Lea launched her own side hustle, Wunder, while
she was still a student at Emerson. It was an educative experience hearing strategic tips from young entrepreneurs.
To cap a busy and successful semester, we would like to wish everyone Happy holidays, and hope to see you all next year with recharged batteries, ready to go.
