Our goal is to develop our players holistically to empower them to perform at their best in hockey, school, and life.

HUGE thank you to our friend and 1998 Olympic Gold Medalist Shelley Looney for coming to work with our girls at ! Not only was it awesome for our girls to hear her story, ask questions, and get to see her medals, but as a coach, it was incredible to learn from her knowledge and experience. Always a pleasure being on the ice with you ! 🇺🇸 🥇

Grateful for an incredible week at the NARCE Conference in Milwaukee as part of ’s Youth Director/Leader Course.
A week filled with learning, leadership development, and conversations about how we can continue growing the game the right way — creating better environments, better development pathways, and better experiences for young athletes.
Thankful for the opportunity to learn from so many passionate people in the hockey community and excited to keep pushing the pace and to bring new ideas back to our players, families, and programs at Off Szn.
