Get ready to explore a world where colors can trick your eyes, change what you see, and transform ordinary objects into something amazing! In this hands-on design adventure, students will discover how color affects mood, perception, and the way we experience the world around us.
Using paint, light, shadow, reflection, and creative building materials, designers will invent colorful creations across a variety of mediums. They’ll experiment with angles, perspective, and optical illusions to make viewers look twice and wonder, “How did they do that?”

It is so exciting to see the Princess of Wales learning about the Reggio Emilia approach to education in Italy today! At Advent, our Reggio-inspired curriculum includes rich and dynamic explorations into science, math, history, literature, and art. Research is driven by the curiosity of students and facilitated by co-teachers, leading to engaged learners, thinkers, and writers.
