StEP’s internship program is designed to match students who wish to build their careers in the entrepreneur economy of Massachusetts with local start-ups

The Student Entrepreneurship Program started from a collaboration between the Venture Development Center and the College of Management at UMass Boston. StEP encompasses education, training, and networking for entrepreneurship, as well as mentorship opportunities from experienced entrepreneurs and internship/career opportunities in innovative startup companies.
