The Massachusetts School Building Authority was excited to join Watertown yesterday for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking the completion of the new Watertown High School!

The new school represents an increase of over 93,000 square feet and is expected to serve more than 700 students in grades 9-12.

Watertown High School holds the place of the nation’s first high school building that will achieve LEED v4.0 Platinum certification and Net Zero status, an extraordinary achievement.

Of those projects, 156 are CORE Program projects and 240 are Accelerated Repair Program (ARP) projects.

Core Program projects address a district’s facility needs through the construction of a new school or the renovation/addition of an existing school.

The Massachusetts School Building Authority was excited to join the Greater Fall River Vocational School District for a ribbon cutting ceremony for the all-new Diman Vocational High School this morning.

The ribbon cutting marks the completion to the project that resulted in the build of a new 394,650 square foot facility, providing 1,500 students access to a 21st century learning environment.

Congratulations to Bristol Plymouth Regional Technical High School on this morning's ribbon-cutting ceremony.
