The Massachusetts School Building Authority was excited to join Watertown yesterday for the ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking the completion of the new Watertown High School!

The new school represents an increase of over 93,000 square feet and is expected to serve more than 700 students in grades 9-12.

Watertown High School holds the place of the nation’s first high school building that will achieve LEED v4.0 Platinum certification and Net Zero status, an extraordinary achievement.

The Massachusetts School Building Authority was excited to join Burlington yesterday afternoon for the topping-off ceremony and placement of the final beam for the new Fox Hill Elementary School! Once completed, the new 91,000 square-foot school will serve more than 300 students in grades K-5.

Did you know that the, Massachusetts School Building Authority, currently has 396 projects in its Eligibility Period and Capital Pipeline?

Of those projects, 156 are CORE Program projects and 240 are Accelerated Repair Program (ARP) projects.

Core Program projects address a district’s facility needs through the construction of a new school or the renovation/addition of an existing school.

The Massachusetts School Building Authority was excited to join the Greater Fall River Vocational School District for a ribbon cutting ceremony for the all-new Diman Vocational High School this morning.

The ribbon cutting marks the completion to the project that resulted in the build of a new 394,650 square foot facility, providing 1,500 students access to a 21st century learning environment.

Executive Director, Mary Pichetti, is photographed with local officials to mark the occasion and celebrate the community’s investments into the future education of the trades.

Congratulations to Bristol Plymouth Regional Technical High School on this morning's ribbon-cutting ceremony. Thoughtfully designed to support both the school's educational programs and long-term building efficiency, the new facility will provide more than 1,400 students in grades 9-12 with expanded access to hands-on learning opportunities and the skills they need for future success beginning this fall. Congratulations to the entire Bristol Plymouth community on this exciting milestone!

Last week, we had the pleasure of joining the celebration of the final steel beam placement at the Berkley Community School, Berkley. Upon completion, the building will be 84,620 square feet and be able to accommodate an enrollment of 385 students.

The opening of the new Dr. Albert B. Consentino School in Haverhill marked an exciting day for the community and MSBA staff who worked to bring this project to life. The building will welcome over 1,000 students in grades 5-8. Congratulations!
