The first ever FIJI Fight Night was a huge success! Thanks to our world-class fighters and their supporters, we raised over $1,600 dollars in support of local families through the Room to Grow Foundation. Thank you to everyone who came today, and huge shoutout to our brother for putting together such a great event.

Our first annual FIJI Fight “Night”, aka Brawl for Babies, will be Friday November 11th from 1-3pm! The brawl will feature an inflatable boxing ring with inflated gloves, lawn games, and grilling hot dogs and hamburgers. Brothers will safely be fighting each other and matches will be refereed by our chapter’s own boxing expert .bai . We are raising money for Room to Grow, a foundation that supports Boston families & infants in need. Come out next Friday and watch the FIJI brothers brawl it out or join in the fighting yourself, while we raise money for Boston youth!

FIJI SPOTLIGHT: Brother Beomsoo is a business and psych major at NU and is currently serving in the military for his native country of South Korea. Beomsoo is trilingual in Korean, English, and Mandarin, and he used to be a unicyclist. When he’s not giving his brothers hugs or cracking jokes, Beomsoo is stunning the masses with his outfits and elegant hair. You can always run into the kid in Marino lifting heavy or just kicking back to a good Billy Joel song. Whether as a soldier or a college student taking his brothers out for Korean barbecue, Beomsoo’s guaranteed to have a smile on his face. We’re beyond proud of Beomsoo and can’t wait for him to rejoin his nu eta brothers in 2024!

Last weekend, Nu Eta chapter leadership went down to the Nation’s capital for Phi Gamma Delta’s 174th Ekklesia. In D.C., our brothers connected with Phi Gams from across the country while voting on important legislation that will drive the future of our fraternity.
