As students head back to the classrooms, districts are thinking about how best to serve all of their students. Compliance is essential, but it is not the finish line. The real goal is building a system that helps teams work together more effectively and improves outcomes for students.

The School District of Palm Beach County reached a point where data, collaboration, and thoughtful planning came together, helping teams to align services, track progress in real time, and continuously improve outcomes. The result was improved graduation rates, lower dropout rates, and better alignment between plans and practice. Their story shows how more effective systems can lead to better futures.

As the new school year begins, it's a great time to revisit this work and see how districts can turn that foundation into meaningful results for students: https://bit.ly/4qQ0vxJ
