On Friday, the Winsor community gathered in the theater for the annual Awards Celebration, recognizing students for excellence in athletics, academics, the arts, leadership, and service. More than 40 awards were conferred—all of them surprises to the recipients. Seniors selected Mr. Mirelman as their chosen speaker for the event, who shared advice with the soon-to-be graduates.

We’re thrilled to welcome Leslie Dewan ’02 back to Pilgrim Road as the keynote speaker for Winsor’s 2026 Commencement. A nuclear engineer, entrepreneur, and CEO of Neutronic Designs, Leslie is helping shape the future of clean energy through her work advancing next-generation nuclear reactors. Her remarkable career reflects the intellectual curiosity, determination, and sense of purpose that have long defined a Winsor education. In a recent Further Photography and Advanced Portfolio elective class, students selected images and prepared digital files that were then sent to Shepherd & Maudsleigh Studio to be etched onto photopolymer plates. Today they learned how to use those plates to make photogravures by inking, wiping, and printing their plates off Winsor’s printing press!
