April is Neurodiversity Celebration Month! Join science journalist and witty storyteller Sadie Dingfelder for a candid talk about discovering she has prosopagnosia (faceblindness) in her 40s after mistaking a stranger for her husband while grocery shopping. Her story invites a relatable and eye-opening conversation about neurodivergence, identity, and making sense of how we experience the world.

As this program focuses on the intersection of neurodivergence and job & career success, Dingfelder will share how understanding her neurodivergence has shaped her work, including navigating professional spaces, deciding when to disclose a disability, and the practical strategies she uses every day. The talk draws from her memoir Do I Know You?, named one of NPR’s Best Books of 2024.

Trident Bookstore & Cafe staff will be present with copies for sale for Dingfelder to sign at the close of the program.
