“Coming back from being abroad first semester, I wanted to branch out and meet new people outside of the friends I had made in Paris. I was so nervous coming to Boston 2nd semester not knowing many people, but every girl I spoke to in SDT were so sweet and welcoming that all of my nerves went away. Having that comforting feeling of being with a group of such kind and supportive girls is what drove me to COB and choose SDT:)! I feel so at home and can confidently say that some of these girls will be friends of mine for many years to come! I’m so excited to continue making new connections and cannot wait to spend the next years with my new sisters in SDT!!💗💗” 🩵🩵

“I chose SDT because of the life and energy that I saw in every single sister. Looking back on my time in the chapter, I have not just grown, but flourished from the love and support that I received from every single sister. Having been a member of our G-Board for a year, then our E-Board, I’ve been lucky enough to be trusted in positions of leadership where I could work as hard as possible to make SDT as amazing of a home for other girls as it was for me. The chapter is such a vibrant, spirited place where I feel the most comfortable being myself. It’s a sisterhood that crosses all borders: regardless of major, age, distance, or background, I know every single girl has my back the same way that I have theirs. To all my sisters: thank you to each and every one of you for making this place feel like home, every single one of you holds a special place in my heart. I wouldn’t be who I am today without you all. To our new members (yay Beta Lambdas!): the biggest piece of advice I can give is to pour everything into SDT. The more you put into the chapter, the more you’ll get out of your experience, I put my whole heart into it and it was the best decision of my life. And to anyone who is considering rushing: DO IT! Keep an open mind and you will meet the most amazing people and have the best experiences. I hope that everybody can find a sisterhood like the one I’ve found in Sig Delt, an organization that I’m truly honored to have been a part of.”

“Coming from one of the smallest NUin locations, I came to Boston feeling stuck and wanting to meet new people but not really knowing how to. When I saw that SDT was offering COB I decided to give it a try and I am so incredibly thankful that I did. Since my first conversation with a sister, to every interaction since, I’ve felt nothing but genuine warmth and belonging. Every sister I’ve met has welcomed me with open arms, radiating such kindheartedness and inclusivity.

In such a short time, SDT has shown me what a true sisterhood looks like. I am already so grateful for my COB experience and can’t wait to continue meeting all the unique, kind girls here. I feel comfort knowing that I’ve found my place for the next three and a half years where I’ll make friendships and memories to last a lifetime!! 🩵” 🤍
