We're so proud to celebrate a new chapter for Bottom Line New York alum, Leon. From high school through college, we had the privilege of being part of Leon's educational journey. Now, he's building his career in a new role as adjunct lecturer at Hunter College.

A month ago, the big yellow ribbon was cut on Bottom Line Detroit's new regional office in the Cody Rouge community!

Students, staff, partners, and members of the community came together to celebrate an exciting milestone in Bottom Line's growth in Detroit.

This new space gives our Detroit team a home base for the work already underway - supporting students as they get in, graduate, and go far in life.

Our Ohio team recently brought together board members and leaders for its Annual Board Retreat, creating spaces to reflect on the work happening across the region, what's ahead, and how we continue advancing our mission for students.

Bottom Line is proud to accept a Community Grant from the Taco Bell
Foundation to ensure the next generation has the tools needed to succeed in higher education and beyond. Every time you Round Up your total at a Taco Bell Restaurant, funds go to support youth scholarships and organizations like ours!

Bottom Line student Jerome recently joined Founding Executive Director, Danielle North, at the FOX 2 Detroit studio ahead of starting his first semester at Oakland University.

Jerome first connected with Bottom Line as a junior at Cody High School, and his story is one example of how Bottom Line supports students from college exploration and application through graduation and into what comes next.

Our work is growing across Detroit through partnerships with 10 local high schools, connecting students with support as they make college decision, persist through college, reach graduation, and build the skills and experiences that support their career goals.

Back-to-campus season can come with a lot of moving pieces for students. So before the semester gets fully starts, our Massachusetts team brought together students for our Success Send-off to catch up, ask questions, and spend time with each other before heading back to campus.

We're excited to see what this next year brings for our students as they start classes with support already in place.

More than 45 students, parents, and siblings filled the room for Bottom Line New York's Accepted Students' Party.

For incoming Access students, it was a chance to connect with the Bottom Line community, hear directly from current students, ask questions, and have some fun before the semester gets underway.

It's one of the many ways our New York team is creating connection early and getting students excited for what's ahead.

Since launching our newest region in December, Bottom Line Houston has moved from planning into practice.

Our Houston team is now connecting with students as they complete their applications, building relationships across the community, and preparing to welcome our first cohort.

Bottom Line is excited to be among Glick Philanthropies' Spring 2026 grant recipients! This investment will support our work to help close college access and success gaps for high school juniors and seniors in Indiana, including students who will be first in their families to earn a college degree.

We're grateful to Glick Philanthropies for investing in this work and in Hoosier students.

Glick Philanthropies awarded more than $3.23 million to nonprofit organizations providing community members with opportunities for stability and growth. These grants were directed to 41 organizations serving Hoosiers across Glick Philanthropies’ focus areas, and 92 organizations through the Glick Community Relief Fund. Last month, Bottom Line Chicago partnered with Cara Chicago and DRW to host Career Insights Days for 29 students.

Students had the opportunity to visit both organizations, learn more about different career paths, network directly with professionals, and gain a closer look at a variety of workplace environments.
