Announcing an exciting new chapter for The Compliance Alliance. Effective June 1, 2026, Jessica Hobbs steps into the role of President & Chief Architect of The Compliance Alliance — a timely transition for TCA’s next phase of continued growth.

Jessica is not new to TCA. She has helped shape the systems, strategy, and vision behind our work and has been instrumental in advancing the industry standard compliance risk visibility framework. This framework is helping organizations see compliance not as a burden, but as a measurable driver of quality, operational excellence, and risk management.

While I’ll be stepping away from day-to-day operations, I’ll remain on the advisory board, supporting Jessica as our mission continues forward.

Stay tuned as this is only the beginning. We have more to share in the weeks ahead as Jessica begins unveiling what’s next for TCA.
