Attention high school athletes: registration for the Fall 2023 season is open! Football and boys' golf will start on Friday, August 18th; all other fall sports will begin on Monday, August 21st. Tonight we celebrate the North Quincy High School Class of 2023! 🧑‍🎓 Tonight's ceremony will be held at Veterans Memorial Stadium at 6 p.m. and will also be broadcast live on Xfinity Comcast QATV Channel 22 and QATV.org.

This week we lost a cherished colleague and good friend. Prior to returning to NQHS Mrs. Nutley was a school counselor at Point Webster Middle School and Quincy Evening High School. While at NQHS Mrs. Nutley was a school counselor and head of Student Support Services.
We are grateful for the support our community has given the Nutley family and offer their family and friends our most sincere condolences.

Student Support Services is feeling heartbroken at the loss of our amazing leader, department chair and most importantly our dear friend, Becky Nutley.

“You have lost a member of your family. I can’t imagine the pain you must be feeling but I hope it eases you to know the legacy of Mrs. Nutley will live on forever. She was a kind and gentle soul who will never be forgotten.” - A quote from one of our students.

“Work hard, be kind and know that you are loved.” - This was on her office door and words she lived by.

We want to congratulate the QNQ Jazz ensemble on another silver medal performance while attending the MAJE sponsored Jazz Competition on Thursday March 9th at Reading High School. Outstanding musicianship awards were given to Kaitlyn Vu on alto sax, Jack Pickering on Tenor Sax, and Dominque Dang on Upright Bass. The group played pieces by African American composers an Jazz legends Benny Carter, Duke Ellington, and Charles Mingus. Congrats to the entire QNQ Jazz Ensemble on a terrific competition season!
